Senior Business Analyst - JDE

In this role, you will facilitate technology-driven transformations across supply chain and manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to design and implement solutions on the JD Edwards platform, greatly impacting efficiency and operational excellence. Your expertise will guide decision-making and drive projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business analysis activities for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne across various corporate functions, optimizing the supply chain, manufacturing, and warehousing processes.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify needs, define clear requirements, and design processes that enhance productivity and data accuracy.

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from scoping to deployment for enhancements and new system capabilities, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Work with development teams to implement system changes, including conducting thorough testing and validation of updates and new features.

• Mentor users in best practices related to JD Edwards and its applications, helping in change management initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing modules.

• Proven ability to lead full project implementations and integrations in a technology-driven environment.

• Strong analytical and communication skills utilized within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or similar manufacturing setting, preferred.

• Familiarity with JDE toolset such as OMW, Orchestrator, UDOs, and business functions for project success.

• Experience with reporting tools like ReportsNow or equivalent, to support data-driven decision-making.
